Quality control

Quality control (QC) is a procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product or performed service adheres to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of the customers.

We believe that quality in a product is not what the supplier puts in. It is what the customer gets out and is willing to pay for.

Quality-control

ARD quality control team adheres to an ideal quality by 3 stages of inspection and control (raw material inspection, production process inspection and control, and final inspection) based on valid international standards. In each stage, we do our best to meet all the quality parameters of international standards in printing and packaging industry.

In ARD we do believe that quality is not only a responsibility of QC guys, but also we believe that it’s everyone’s responsibility. For that, all the managers and personnel of Aria Rang Company do their best to meet the defined quality standards and expectations.

We have established a self-control (by operators) and cross-check and control (by QC guys) to ensure higher levels of quality and efficiency.

We as QC in ARD not only want to meet but also exceed the customers’ quality expectations and to produce products free from any defects. And to be able to compete well with our international and brand competitors.

ARD Lab is one of the well- equipped and modern labs in the printing and packaging industry. Brand devices from all over the world gathered in this lab. We can test almost all the industrial printing parameters in our lab. This lab is now a reference lab by getting ISO 17025 certificate from national standard institute of Iran. The scope of tests in this lab is printing and packaging parameters such as testing paper boards, papers, Aluminium foil, Adhesive, Ink, printed products and so on.
